Angel

this morning i was leading the lesson study so we talked about daniel chapter 4 where king nebuccadnezzar wrote it. He dreamt a dream where he saw a tree being high and mighty in the midst of the earth, and it was the dwelling place of the fowls and beasts of the earth. After that, he saw it being chopped down leaving the stump. He couldn't understand the dream and so brought before him daniel and he interpreted it to him. After a year since the dream, the king was proud and looked before babylon and said " Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?"Dan 4:30. As soon as he spoke it, a voice came from heaven reminding him of his dream and immediately he became insane for 7 years. It was only until after that then he got back his reason and acknowledged that God was the person who had full authority and power to give the kingdom to whomever He wilt. So there goes the story of the king's realisation and repentence. I guess he was lucky enough to be given such a big miracle, it's like a big slap to him that made him wake up. And i tell you, last night i was reading about the city of babylon and it was so astounding i read until i had to tell myself to stop reading because i didn't have anymore time to prepare the lesson if i kept reading. Maybe next time i can have a class then i can tell more about Babylon, that great city.

Ok, so after the lesson teaching, i felt relieved that it was all over. Actually i find the book of Daniel to be VERY interesting. In fact, if there was a story i'd recommend, it would be Daniel. It's easy to understand and exciting too because of all the miracles that happened-at least for the 1st 6 chapters.

At night, we went to nat's house for his birthday party. And i think i shan't elaborate on that..i'll have someone else talk about it..haha..coz i was one of the victims there but of course i didn't mind..at least i didn't have to eat some funny food.

Anyway, i don't feel quite well today..have some break outs on my face and that itself spoilt my day today. So the plan for next week is to get rid of those acne and have a hair cut. For the week after, i'll probably go to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned and go to an optician to get a pair of contact lenses. And after that i'll be a new Sean!!! Muahahahahah.
