Visit to the dentist

I just got back from a visit to the dentist. I've not gone there for 4 years already. And i wanted to go back to the same dentist that i went 4 years ago. It was the holland v one and when i got to the supposed place, i couldn't find the clinic at all! It was supposed to be opposite cold storage but i couldn't see it so i called them up and they told me they had moved to the one above coffee bean and that they had done so 4 years ago. Oh well. I walked up the stairs and was in an unfamiliar lobby with the receptionist attending to some guy. Obviously i was blur at the whole place and didn't know where to go. Out of nowhere, Dr Lee (the dentist's name) popped out from the side door and greeted me by name, asking me to come in. How in the world does she know it was me. Anyway, i went in and asked about teeth whitening. Hmm...she said if i really want to whiten my teeth i need to have that capsule with the gel over my teeth and leave it there for 1 hour, doing it regularly. And i thought she could just make my teeth white just like that. But anyway, she got rid of all my calculus/plaque on my teeth and once again, i felt clean! During the process of it, it wasn't that clean as i was bleeding throughout. She had to not only clean the plaque off my teeth but also those which were behind the gums so it really aggravated my gums alot. I wonder why some people don't even get plaque on their teeth at all. She also advised me to get rid of the wisdom teeth. I've expected that she'd say that but i won't take them out since they are fine. I don't think they will decay and get holes in them either so i'll spare myself the pain and money and pray that nothing will happen next time..hehe. And i paid a total of $50. Joyce told me it was less than $50..nearly there..and 4 years ago i had paid just $33. Now she has raised prices. Maybe i'll look for another one next time i go.
