I was just thinking which cities would be a good place to live in besides Singapore. I came across a study done which says that Tokyo is the most expensive city in the world. London gets the top prize in Europe while New York for North America. Sydney gets it for Australasia. Based on world rankings:
1) Tokyo
2) Osaka
3) London
4) Moscow
5) Seoul
