today spent half a day from 11am to 5pm visiting guitar shops. i think we went to about 6 shops. Wayne was looking for a bass guitar and we realised that only 3 of them were under $200. Yes a bass guitar is more expensive than an electric guitar. Walked from bugis to city hall to clarke quay and took a train to dhoby ghaut. Oh well, in the end we got nicholas pissed off. Honestly we didn't see it coming and he went home on his own. oh well, tried to patch up with him and i hope he's fine now.
Came home and worked out my triceps and back. Was tired when i started doing it but i had to force myself to do it otherwise i won't "grow". So again i added more weights to each exercise. Already i can feel the effects of adding more weight. I feel that my upper torso is bigger and bulkier but surprisingly i still weigh the same. Anyway we'll see what happens.
